PURPOSE
I guide women who feel disconnected from themselves and caught in patterns that don’t support them, helping them discover their unique blueprint (Ayurvedic constitution / prakruti)—the way their body, mind, and emotions naturally function. Through this understanding, they learn why they feel, react, and move through life the way they do, gaining the tools to inhabit their lives with awareness, make conscious choices, and live from inner wisdom rather than fear or conditioning.
EXPERIENCE
With over 15 years of personal practice and a decade of teaching yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, I support women in bringing conscious living and practices into their daily lives. My approach goes beyond āsana (yoga postures): it’s about understanding your tendencies, habits, and natural rhythms, what works for you and your practices, so you can live balanced and aligned with your inner wisdom.
Everything I teach comes from lived experience. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected, stressed and unsure how to fully “inhabit” (fully live in and be present) your life. While my life isn’t perfect, I have the tools and I use yogic wisdom, meditation and ayurveda to navigate challenges with clarity and self-trust. Now I share these practices with women ready to step into their own inner-strength, wisdom, and self-trust, so they can live fully aligned, conscious, and empowered every day.
