  • Besides the weekly 45-minute session, your daily practices are personalised to fit your schedule. Whether you have 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or only certain days available, your rituals and practices will be designed to flow naturally into your life.

  • You can reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or cancelled without notice cannot be made up.

  • Yes. If you choose to continue, your original investment will be applied toward the 12-week option.

  • This offering is not suitable during pregnancy, as I am not specifically trained to guide prenatal practices. If you are pregnant.

  • If you'd like one, you can absolutely offer:
    • 2-part or 3-part payment plans.
