  • Besides the weekly 2-hour sessions, your daily practices are personalised to fit your schedule. Whether you have 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or only certain days available, your rituals and practices will be designed to flow naturally into your life.

  • You will receive the recording for the session, and you can always ask questions on WhatsApp or email and receive guidance.

  • This offering is not suitable during pregnancy, as I am not specifically trained to guide prenatal practices. If you are pregnant.

  • If you'd like one, you can absolutely offer:
    • 2-part or 3-part payment plans.

  • This guidance goes far deeper than any online guide, class, or workshop.
    It is fully personalised, created around your current season of life, your schedule, your energy, and your needs.
