With 15+ years of practice & almost a decade teaching yoga and meditation, María guides modern women through conscious living using yogic wisdom (beyond āsana)— breathing practices, meditation, & Ayurveda. She has helped many women strengthen their inner worlds to live with clarity & purpose.
